A flexible and easy to grow main season variety. A tasty crispy snack- Konan has excellent taste and texture. Konan can be harvested at 3-4” in diameter or allowed to grow up to 6”. Konan holds well in the field with little cracking problems. Bulbs are a lovely flat round shape with creamy green skin and crisp white flesh. Foliage is erect and healthy.  55-65 days
