Lepidium sativum Slow bolting cress with intense
flavor. Cress is a minor crop so when we come
along an improved variety it is well worth noting.
Olympus was bred to be very uniform with a good
upright growing habit. Very slow to bolt. Produces
glossy green, semi-frilled leaves that have a hint of
sweetness at first, progressing to a hot peppery kick.
